Hi there,
I'm Daniel - a Franco-German freelance Illustrator and Animator based in Germany.
I've always been drawn to (get it, DRAWN to...) creating visuals that tell a story. For as long as I can remember, I've preferred expressing thoughts and emotions through images rather than words. Over time I refined this instinct into a skill through my studies and personal projects.
While spending (arguably too much) time studying traditional drawing, composition and illustration, I began exploring storytelling beyond static images. Animation - something I've loved since my childhood - was finally finding its way into my work.
I eventually graduated with a traditional short animation, and since then, the narrative has remained at the core of what I do. It shapes how I approach my work as an illustrator:
finding the stories people might not yet see in their own ideas, and translating emotion and atmosphere into visuals that bring their vision to life.
